Terms & Conditions of Win 4 a Cause LTD

1. Introduction

Win4aCause Limited is a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 16638067. Our registered office is at 4 Ann Wayne Avenue, Horncastle, Lincolnshire, LN96FD .

By participating in the Win 4 a Cause draws, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all prize draws hosted on our website, win4acause.co.uk. Win 4 a Cause reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. It is the participant’s responsibility to stay informed of any changes by reviewing these terms regularly.

2. Eligibility
All entrants must be 18 years or older to participate.
Prize draw entries are open to residents of the United Kingdom, but participants from UK are encouraged to join to support local causes.
Employees of Win 4 a Cause or any affiliated partners are not eligible to enter the competition.

3a. Prize Draw Entry
Entrants can purchase a maximum number of tickets for each draw, which is below the amount of tickets available for each draw.
Each draw will have a limited number of tickets available, which will be disclosed on each individual draw from the start until the end. This is to ensure participants have better chances of winning.
Tickets will be available for purchase exclusively through win4acause.co.uk
Ticket prices will vary between 50p and £10 depending on the prize, and will be displayed on the prize draw.

You may enter the competition for free by complying with the following conditions. Please note that you can still win instant prizes even if you enter via the postal route:

(a) send your entry by first or second class post to the Promoter at the following address: Win4aCause Limited – 4 Ann wayne Avenue, Horncastle, Lincolnshire, LN96FD

(b) hand delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the random draw;

(c) include with your entry the following information:

(i) your full name;

(ii) your address;

(iii) a contact telephone number and email address; and

(iv) your answer to the Competition Question (if there is one).

(d) incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;

(e) you may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as

multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry;

(f) by entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;

(g) your entry must be received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw. Proof of posting does not guarantee that you will be entered into the random draw;

(h) the Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry nor confirm if your answer to the Competition Question is correct;

4. Prizes
Win 4 a Cause offers various prizes
The prize for each raffle will be clearly outlined on the raffle page, and participants will know what they are playing for before entering.
The prize details, including the value and specifics, will be outlined in the raffle description for each draw.
Win 4 a Cause reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. Draw Process
Each raffle draw will be held weekly, with the draw date and time specified on the prize draw page.
The winners will be selected randomly using a computer algorithm.
Winners will be announced publicly on the Win 4 a Cause website and social media channels, subject to the participant’s consent.
In the event of any dispute regarding the selection of the winner, Win 4 a Cause’ decision will be final.

6. Claiming Prizes
Winners will be notified via the email address they provided during the ticket purchase process.
Prizes will be dispatched within 14 days of the winner being confirmed. In the case of cash prizes, payments will be made directly to the winner’s bank account or via PayPal.
If the prize is not claimed within 30 days of notification, Win 4 a Cause reserves the right to offer the prize to another participant or rerun the raffle.

7. Data Protection
All personal data provided during the ticket purchase process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties unless required to deliver the prize to the winner, in which case the winner’s name and address will be shared with the relevant retailer or delivery provider.
By entering the raffle, participants consent to Win 4 a Cause using their details for promotional purposes, such as announcing winners, unless they opt-out.

8. Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of raffle cancellation or postponement.
In the unlikely event of a raffle cancellation, participants will be refunded the full amount of their ticket purchase within 14 days.

9. Limitation of Liability
Win 4 a Cause is not responsible for any technical issues or malfunctions related to website performance, internet connectivity, or payment gateways that may prevent participants from entering the raffle.
Win 4 a Cause will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the prize or participation in the raffle, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Win 4 a Cause.

10. Modifications and Termination
Win 4 a Cause reserves the right to modify or terminate any raffle at any time. In such cases, all participants will be notified, and appropriate refunds will be issued if applicable.

These terms and conditions may be updated as necessary. Continued participation in the raffle after changes to these terms will signify acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law & Legal Compliance

  1. Applicable Law
    These Terms and Conditions, together with any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with your participation in Win4aCause raffles, competitions, or promotions, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  2. Jurisdiction
    By entering a raffle or using our website, you agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes or claims (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, your participation in Win4aCause raffles, or your use of the website.

  3. Age Restrictions
    Participation in any raffle, prize draw, or competition run by Win4aCause is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or older. By entering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Win4aCause reserves the right to request proof of age and withhold or cancel entries or prizes if this requirement is not met.

  4. Licensing & Compliance
    Win4aCause operates under the relevant provisions of UK gambling, charity, and consumer protection laws. We are committed to running our raffles and competitions responsibly and in line with any requirements set by the UK Gambling Commission (where applicable).

  5. Geographic Restrictions
    It is your responsibility to ensure that entering our raffles is not prohibited or restricted by the laws of your country or jurisdiction. Entries made from locations where participation is unlawful will be considered void and no refunds will be issued.

  6. Severability
    If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
